More Language Strings

admin_ticket.php

replace:
placeholder="<?php echo htmlspecialchars($hesklang['message']); ?>" cols="72"

with:
placeholder="<?php echo htmlspecialchars($hesklang['message_backend']); ?>" cols="72"

replace:
<label for="message" class="col-sm-3 control-label"><?php echo $hesklang['message']; ?>

with:
<label for="message" class="col-sm-3 control-label"><?php echo $hesklang[‘message_backend']; ?>

And also:

in admin/new_ticket.php, $hesklang[‘message'] is replaced with $hesklang['message_backend_2']

    The actual request here is to have an additional language string for the back and the front end for the word "message"

    I would like more language strings for the back-end.

    In the back-end and front-end it says "Message" but I want to call it different in every place. It would be a matter of 3 language strings.
    I can modify it myself, but each time HESK or MFH is updating I have to do this again.
    I know HESK should stay simple, but this would be really helpful.
